Defining the scope of the Project:
We then provide you with a specification for the project to make clear what you are getting.
Design & Manufacture:
The next step involves the design of your equipment. We will provide you with the opportunity to review our design prior to manufacture. Once we have your approval, the design is then completed and the equipment is subsequently manufactured.
Commission & Installation:
Commissioning/testing of our equipment occurs at our workshop before it is moved on site and integrated with your production.
Operator and Maintenance Staff Training:
To enjoy optimum performance of our equipment, it should be operated and maintained correctly. Accordingly, we can provide full training for operational staff to help you reduce downtime due to operator error. We will also provide you with easy to follow operator manuals and checklists.
Preventative Maintenance:
- We offer a number of key services to ensure the reliable operation of our equipment including:
- initial start-up and ongoing support for all equipment
- spare part lists to help you efficiently manage the machinery
- machinery overhauls if modifications are required to further improve efficiencies
- safety assessment of your equipment and upgrading of equipment where necessary to meet required safety standards
