A tray erector automates the process of erecting trays and is typically used where there are higher volume requirements. Our tray erectors can produce up to 30 trays per minute so can meet these needs.
A significant advantage of our erectors is that the tray is positively held at each stage of its formation. This approach minimizes issues caused by board warp and damaged packaging during tray formation. In addition, it also ensures consistent tray formation, which is critical to the reliability of post-formation processes.
Due to their modular design and integrated robotics, our tray erectors can be configured to run a variety of trays which makes them versatile.
